Build a football group table from match scores
Group Score Table turns scores you enter into a small football group standings table. Add two to eight teams, record completed matches, and compare played, wins, draws, losses, goals, goal difference and points. The default scoring is three points for a win and one for a draw; change it if your competition uses another system. This is a manual calculator, not a live standings feed. It sorts by points, goal difference and goals scored, then leaves any remaining tie unresolved. Official competitions may use different tie-break rules, deductions or forfeits, so check the competition's published table for an official position.
How to use Group Score Table
- Name at least two teams. Add more teams if needed, and adjust the points for a win or draw when the competition requires it.
- Choose two different teams, enter both whole-number scores, and select Add match. Record each completed match once; use Edit or Remove beside a score to correct the ledger.
- Read the calculated table and its tied-place note. Select Download CSV to save the current standings and match ledger, or Reset all to start another group.
